1998-1999 Opening of branches in Astana, Atyrau, Aktau;
2000 – Accreditation by International Air Transport Association (IATA);
2001 – Opening of branches in Aktobe, Uralsk, Aksai;
2002 – General sales agent of the national carrier Air Astana on the market of Kazakhstan;
2004 – Opening of branches in Kyzylorda, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Pavlodar, Shymkent, Taraz;
2005 – Training with IATA “Basic Passenger Fares and Ticketing Course”;
2006 – Company is the first agency in Kazakhstan that issues electronic air tickets;
2008 – Joining IATA BSP Kazakhstan;
2008 – Service Provider of Etihad in Kazakhstan;
2008 – appointed as the IATA Training Coordinator in Kazakhstan;
2011 – Quality Management System Accreditation to ISO 9001:2008;
2014 – Opening of branches in Kulsary and Uralsk;
